Supporting Swimming WA

Offer available for the term of the partnership between New Town Toyota and Swimming WA. Available to current Swimming WA members who purchase a new, demonstrator or used vehicle from New Town Toyota or Kalamunda Toyota and nominate an eligible Swimming WA club at the time the contract of sale is signed. 1. Promoter

1.1​The Swimming WA Club Car Purchase Referral Scheme (the Scheme) is offered by NewTown (WA) Pty Ltd (ABN 51 057 584 595) trading as New Town Toyota and Kalamunda Toyota (the Promoter).

1.2​The Scheme is offered in partnership with Swimming WA. Swimming WA is not the promoter of the Scheme and is not responsible for paying any donation.

2. The Scheme

2.1​When an eligible buyer purchases a qualifying vehicle from New Town Toyota or Kalamunda Toyota and nominates an eligible club, the Promoter will donate $200 to that club.

2.2​The donation is made by the Promoter to the club. It is not a discount, rebate or payment to the buyer, and it does not change the purchase price of the vehicle.

3. Scheme period

3.1​The Scheme runs for the term of the partnership agreement between the Promoter and Swimming WA (the Scheme Period).

3.2​To qualify, the contract of sale must be signed during the Scheme Period. A qualifying purchase with a contract of sale signed before the Scheme Period ends will still receive the donation, even if the vehicle is delivered after the Scheme Period ends.

4. Eligibility

4.1​To be eligible, the buyer must hold a current Swimming WA membership at the time the contract of sale is signed.

4.2​The buyer must show proof of current Swimming WA membership to the sales consultant before or at the time the contract of sale is signed. Proof can be a membership card or a digital membership record showing current membership.

4.3​The Swimming WA member must be the buyer, or one of the named buyers, on the contract of sale.

4.4​An eligible club is a swimming club that is registered with and affiliated to Swimming WA at the time of nomination.

5. Qualifying vehicles

5.1​New, demonstrator and used vehicles purchased from New Town Toyota or Kalamunda Toyota qualify for the Scheme, whether the vehicle is paid for outright or financed.

6. How to nominate a club

6.1​The buyer must nominate one eligible club at the time the contract of sale is signed. The nomination will be recorded on the sale file.

6.2​A nomination cannot be made or changed after the contract of sale is signed.

7. Payment of the donation

7.1​The Promoter will pay the $200 donation directly to the nominated club within 30 days of the vehicle being delivered to the buyer.

7.2​The Promoter may contact the nominated club to confirm its payment details. If the donation cannot be paid to the nominated club after reasonable attempts, the Promoter will contact the buyer to nominate another eligible club.

8. Limits

8.1​One $200 donation is payable for each qualifying vehicle.

8.2​Each vehicle purchase supports one club only. The donation cannot be split between clubs.

8.3​The donation cannot be exchanged for cash, a discount, or any other benefit to the buyer.

9. Cancelled or undelivered sales

9.1​No donation is payable if the contract of sale is cancelled or terminated, or if the vehicle is not delivered to the buyer.

10. Privacy

10.1​The Promoter will collect the buyer’s name, Swimming WA membership details and nominated club in order to administer the Scheme.

10.2​The Promoter may share the buyer’s name and membership details with Swimming WA to confirm membership. The Promoter will only tell the nominated club who made the purchase if the buyer agrees.

10.3​Personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Promoter’s privacy policy, available on the New Town Toyota and Kalamunda Toyota websites.

11. Changes to the Scheme

11.1​The Promoter may change or end the Scheme by publishing updated terms on the New Town Toyota and Kalamunda Toyota websites.

11.2​A change will not affect a qualifying purchase where the contract of sale was signed before the change was published.

12. General

12.1​The Promoter’s decision on eligibility, made reasonably, is final.

12.2​Toyota Motor Corporation Australia is not a sponsor of the Scheme and is not responsible for it.

12.3​Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights a buyer has under the Australian Consumer Law.

12.4​These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
