Terms & Conditions
1. The Promoter
The promoters of this offer are New Town Toyota, 10 Forward Street, East Victoria Park WA 6101 (ABN: 51 057 584 595), and Kalamunda Toyota, 43 Conning Road, Kalamunda WA 6076 (together referred to as “the Promoter”).
2. Offer Period
This offer is valid for used car purchases made between 20 April 2026 and 30 April 2026 inclusive. Purchases made outside of this period are not eligible.
3. Eligibility
To be eligible for this offer, the purchaser must:
• Purchase an eligible used vehicle from New Town Toyota or Kalamunda Toyota during the offer period.
• Pay the advertised price as listed on the New Town Toyota or Kalamunda Toyota website at the time of purchase.
• No negotiated, discounted, or amended prices qualify.
• Take delivery of the vehicle during the promotion period.
4. The Offer
Eligible purchasers will receive one (1) Ampol gift card to the value of $500 AUD. The gift card will be provided at the time of vehicle delivery. The gift card is subject to Ampol’s own terms and conditions of use, which are available at ampol.com.au.
5. Exclusions
This offer excludes:
• New vehicle purchases.
• Fleet, wholesale, or dealer purchases.
• Vehicles purchased prior to 20 April 2026 regardless of delivery date.
• Vehicles where the purchase price has been varied from the advertised online price for any reason.
6. Limit
One (1) gift card per vehicle purchase. This offer is not transferable and cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion unless otherwise stated by the Promoter in writing.
7. Gift Card Conditions
• The gift card has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• New Town Toyota and Kalamunda Toyota accept no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards once issued.
• The gift card is valid for use at participating Ampol locations only, subject to Ampol’s terms and conditions.
8. Availability of Fuel
This offer is available while gift card stock lasts. New Town Toyota and Kalamunda Toyota reserve the right to substitute the gift card with an alternative of equal value in the event of supply issues.
9. General
• New Town Toyota and Kalamunda Toyota reserve the right to withdraw, amend, or extend this offer at any time without notice.
• The Promoter’s decision on all matters relating to this offer is final.
• This offer is governed by the laws of Western Australia and applicable Australian Consumer Law.
