1. The Promotion
New Town Toyota ("the Dealer") is offering eligible customers a complimentary Weber Baby Q (Q1000N) LP BBQ ("the Gift") with the purchase of any qualifying used vehicle during the Promotion Period.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for this promotion, participants must:
- Be a private buyer (ABN purchases and business buyers are excluded)
- Purchase a used vehicle from New Town Toyota's available stock
- Purchase the vehicle at the advertised price (no price negotiations apply)
- Take delivery of the vehicle on or before 31 December 2025
3. The Gift
- The Gift is one (1) Weber Baby Q (Q1000N) LP BBQ valued at approximately $369 RRP.
- Colour and model are subject to availability. No specific colour requests can be accommodated.
- The Gift must be collected from New Town Toyota at the time of vehicle delivery.
- The Gift is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
- If the Gift is unavailable, New Town Toyota reserves the right to substitute a gift of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.
4. Limitations
- This promotion is limited to one (1) Gift per customer, per household.
- This promotion is available while stocks last. Once Gift stock is exhausted, the promotion will end without further notice.
- This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, promotion, or special pricing arrangement.
- Vehicles must be purchased at the full advertised price to qualify.
- Fleet, wholesale, and trade purchases are excluded.
5. Vehicle Delivery
- To qualify for this promotion, vehicle delivery must occur on or before 31 December 2025.
- Delivery is defined as the customer taking physical possession of the vehicle and completing all purchase documentation.
- Vehicles ordered but not delivered by 31 December 2025 will not qualify for this promotion.
6. General Conditions
- This promotion is conducted by New Town Toyota, 10 Forward Street East Victoria Park
- New Town Toyota reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.
- New Town Toyota's decision on all matters relating to this promotion is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- By participating in this promotion, customers agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- New Town Toyota collects personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at the dealership or upon request.
- Any dispute arising from this promotion will be governed by the laws of Tasmania.
7. Exclusions
- Employees of New Town Toyota, Toyota Motor Corporation Australia, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
- New and Demonstrator models are not eligible
