The winner will be drawn at 12:00pm AWST on Tuesday, 24 December 2025 at New Town Toyota. We'll give you a call to let you know if you've won, and your hamper will be ready for collection from our East Victoria Park dealership.

Terms and Conditions

1. The Promoter

The Promoter is NewTown (WA) Pty Ltd (ABN: 51 057 584 595) trading as New Town Toyota (10 Forward Street East Victoria Park WA.

2. Promotional Period

The promotion commences at 12:01am AWST on Wednesday, 4 December 2025 and closes at 11:59pm AWST on Tuesday, 24 December 2025 ("Promotional Period").

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to all customers aged 18 years or older who book and complete a vehicle service at New Town Toyota during the Promotional Period. The service must be completed on or before 11:59pm AWST on 24 December 2025 to be eligible. Services booked during the Promotional Period but completed after this date are not eligible. Employees of the Promoter are eligible to enter. Immediate family members of employees are not eligible. Immediate family means spouse, parent, child, or sibling.

4. How to Enter

To enter, eligible customers must book and complete a vehicle service at New Town Toyota during the Promotional Period. Entry is automatic upon completion of the service. No purchase beyond the service is required to enter. Limit of one (1) entry per customer per service completed. Multiple services completed during the Promotional Period will result in multiple entries.

5. The Prize

There is one (1) prize to be won. The prize consists of one (1) "Everything But the Ham Hamper" from The Hamper Emporium valued at $269.00 AUD. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be drawn by random selection at 12:00pm AWST on Tuesday, 24 December 2025 at New Town Toyota.

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be notified by telephone using the contact details provided at the time of service booking. If the winner cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts within seven (7) days of the draw, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw and select an alternative winner.

8. Prize Collection

The prize must be collected in person from New Town Toyota. The prize must be collected within thirty (30) days of winner notification. Uncollected prizes after this period will be forfeited.

9. Privacy

By entering this promotion, entrants consent to the collection and use of their personal information by the Promoter for the purposes of conducting this promotion and notifying winners. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy.

10. General Conditions

(a) The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.

(b) The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control prevent it from being conducted as planned.

(c) The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special, or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury, or death which is suffered or sustained in connection with this promotion or the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

(d) By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in any reasonable promotional activity as requested by the Promoter.

(e) If the prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
