1. The Promoter

The promoter of this competition is New Town Toyota, located at 10 Forward Street, East Victoria Park, Western Australia 6101 (the Promoter).

2. Competition Period

The competition opens at the start of business on Friday, 3 April 2026 and closes at the close of business on Friday, 3 April 2026 (the Competition Period). Entries received outside of the Competition Period will not be accepted.

3. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

1. Scan the QR code displayed on the promotional material at the New Town Toyota dealership at 10 Forward Street, East Victoria Park WA 6101.
2. Complete the entry form in full, including their name, email address, and their answer to the competition question.
3. Submit the entry form before the close of the Competition Period.

Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

4. The Competition Question

Entrants are asked to select, from four multiple choice options, the Western Australian destination they believe can be reached from Latham Park, Victoria Park, on a single charge of the Toyota bZ4X AWD.

The correct answer is Bremer Bay, approximately 490 km by road from Victoria Park. The Toyota bZ4X AWD has an advertised range of up to 517 km (WLTP). Real-world range varies depending on driving conditions, speed, temperature, load, and use of accessories.

5. Eligibility

To be eligible to enter, participants must:

• Be a resident of Western Australia.
• Be aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
• Not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of New Town Toyota or DRVN Digital.

6. The Prize

One prize is available: a Visa prepaid gift card to the value of $1,000 AUD (the Prize).

The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash except as required by law. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

7. Winner Selection

The winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries that submitted the correct answer during the Competition Period. The draw will take place at the New Town Toyota dealership at 10 Forward Street, East Victoria Park WA 6101, on or before Friday, 10 April 2026.

The draw will be conducted by a representative of the Promoter. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted by email using the address provided at the time of entry, within five business days of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted within ten business days of the draw, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw and select an alternative winner.

9. Prize Collection

The Prize must be collected in person from New Town Toyota, 10 Forward Street, East Victoria Park WA 6101. Photo identification will be required at the time of collection. The Prize will be held for a period of 30 days from the date of winner notification. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected as part of this competition will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of administering the competition, including contacting the winner. Information will be handled in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Promoter's privacy policy. Personal information will not be shared with third parties except as required to administer the competition.

By entering, participants consent to receive follow-up communications from New Town Toyota. Participants may opt out at any time.

11. General Conditions

1. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entries and to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions.
2. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the competition if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.
3. Nothing in these terms and conditions limits, excludes, or modifies any rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
4. This competition is governed by the laws of Western Australia.
5. Toyota Australia and Visa are not affiliated with, nor sponsors of, this competition.
