    1. The Promoter This promotion is conducted by New Town Toyota (ABN 51 057 584 595), located at 10 Forward Street, East Victoria Park, Western Australia 6101 ("the Promoter"). DL7801.

    2. Event The 2026 RIU Explorers Conference, held on 17, 18 and 19 February 2026 at the Esplanade Hotel Fremantle by Rydges, Western Australia ("the Event").

    3. Eligibility Entry is open to all individuals attending the Event who are aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter are not eligible to enter. By entering, each entrant confirms they meet these eligibility requirements.

    4. Promotional Period The promotion commences at the opening of the Event on Tuesday 17 February 2026 and closes at 11:30  on  Thursday 19 February 2026, or at such earlier time as the draw takes place.

    5. How to Enter To enter, eligible attendees must complete and submit an official entry form at the New Town Toyota display at the Event during the Promotional Period. Entry forms require the entrant to provide their full name, phone number and email address. All fields must be completed for the entry to be valid. Incomplete entries will not be accepted. Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. Any duplicate entries will be removed prior to the draw.

    6. The Prize One (1) prize is available: a AMPOL fuel card to the value of $1,000 (AUD) inclusive of GST. The prize is not transferable, not exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. The fuel card is subject to the terms and conditions of the card issuer.

    7. Prize Draw The winner will be determined by random draw from all valid entries. The draw will take place at [INSERT TIME] on [INSERT DAY, e.g. Thursday 19 February 2026] at the Event venue. The draw will be conducted by a representative of the Promoter.

    8. Winner Notification The winner does not need to be present at the time of the draw. The winner will be notified by telephone or email using the contact details provided on their entry form within five (5) business days of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within fourteen (14) business days of the draw, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw under the same conditions.

    9. Privacy By entering this promotion, entrants consent to the Promoter collecting and using their personal information (name, phone number and email address) as provided on the entry form for the purpose of conducting the promotion and contacting the winner. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and will not be disclosed to third parties except as required for the fulfilment of the prize or as required by law. The Promoter may also use the entrant's details to send future marketing communications, from which the entrant may opt out at any time.

    10. General Conditions The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend this promotion if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so, subject to any applicable laws. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, or misdirected entries. Any costs associated with entering the promotion (other than the prize itself) are the responsibility of the entrant. The Promoter's decision in relation to all aspects of the promotion is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its agents exclude all liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from or connected to this promotion or the prize.

    11. Applicable Law This promotion is governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any dispute arising from this promotion shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
