Toyota has once again secured its position as the most trusted automotive brand in Australia, according to independent market research expert Roy Morgan.
In a survey spanning nearly 25,000 Australians, conducted without prompting, respondents were asked to identify brands they trust and distrust, providing detailed insights into their sentiments.
This recognition marks Toyota's second consecutive year as the Most Trusted Automotive Brand, a feat achieved through monthly surveys conducted over the past year. The award, introduced in 2022, places Toyota above all competitors in a category assessing vehicle manufacturers, dealerships, and servicing.
Respondents highlighted Toyota's reputation for producing reliable vehicles and delivering exceptional customer service as key factors contributing to its industry-leading ranking. The accolade extends beyond the automotive realm, with Toyota securing a spot among the top 10 most trusted brands across all industries. This attests to the outstanding quality, durability, and reliability of Toyota products, which have built a decades-long reputation for navigating Australia's challenging climates and conditions.
Expressing pride in this achievement, Toyota Australia's Vice President of Sales, Marketing, and Franchise Operations emphasized that the award reflects the trust consumers place in Toyota's diverse range of products. He stated, "To be recognized as Australia’s most trusted automotive brand for a second consecutive year is a great honor. It acknowledges Toyota’s engineering prowess and inherent quality, crucial factors in the face of the tough and diverse environments found across Australia."
Acknowledging the collective effort of the Toyota team, including dealers and broader staff, he added, "It’s a testament to the work and commitment of our Toyota dealers and the broader Toyota Australia team, who work hard to support our customers, products, and services."
