By participating in the New Town Toyota Christmas Hamper Giveaway, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Promotion Period
- This promotion runs from 1st December 2024 to 20th December 2024, inclusive.
- All qualifying services must be completed by 5:00 PM AWST on 20th December 2024.
Eligibility
- The giveaway is open to customers who complete a vehicle service at New Town Toyota during the promotion period.
- Entrants must be 18 years or older.
- Employees of New Town Toyota, their immediate families, and affiliates are not eligible to enter.
How to Qualify
To enter, you must:
- Book and complete a vehicle service at New Town Toyota before 20th December 2024.
- Ensure all service payments are settled in full during the promotion period.
Prize Details
- The prize consists of a Christmas Hamper, which includes a Crown voucher.
- The contents of the hamper and the voucher value are subject to availability and may vary.
Prize Allocation
- Winners will be selected at random from eligible entries on 21st December 2024.
- Winners will be notified via phone or email within 48 hours of the draw.
- If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim their prize within 7 days, New Town Toyota reserves the right to redraw the prize.
General Conditions
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for other goods or services.
- New Town Toyota reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if necessary.
- By entering, you consent to New Town Toyota using your name and image for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
Liability
- New Town Toyota is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use or redemption of the prize.
- Incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
Modification or Cancellation
- New Town Toyota reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.
