2. Eligibility
a) The vehicle must be purchased and delivered between 1 May 2025 and 30 June 2025.
b) This offer applies only to private and Bronze customers.
c) Fleet, government, and rental customers are excluded from this promotion.

3. Promotional Period
a) The offer is valid for purchases made between 1 May 2025 and 30 June 2025.
b) Eligible vehicles must be delivered within this period to qualify.

4. Eligible Vehicles
This offer applies only to the purchase of select new and demonstrator models. List to be provided upon request.

5. Offer Conditions
a) The $500 Visa Gift Card is limited to one per eligible vehicle.
b) The Visa Gift Card is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
c) The Visa Gift Card will be provided upon vehicle delivery.
d) Customers are responsible for complying with the Visa Gift Card provider’s terms and conditions.

6. Combination with Other Offers
This promotion cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions unless expressly stated.

7. Vehicle Availability
a) This offer is subject to vehicle availability.
b) New Town Toyota and Kalamunda Toyota do not guarantee the availability of specific models.

8. Changes or Cancellations
New Town Toyota and Kalamunda Toyota reserve the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.

9. Liability
Neither New Town Toyota nor Kalamunda Toyota will be liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused by circumstances beyond their control, including the unavailability of certain accessories.

Promotion Period
This promotion commences at 12:00am AWST on 1 May 2025 and closes at 11:59pm AWST on 30 June 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

Eligibility
To be eligible, customers must:
a) Book and complete a scheduled vehicle service at either New Town Toyota or Kalamunda Toyota during the Promotion Period.
b) Provide accurate contact details at the time of service.

Prize
Eligible customers will go into the draw to win a Toyota Merchandise Pack. The contents of the pack may vary and are subject to availability. Total prize value is at the discretion of the Promoter.

Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the Promotion Period ends. The draw will take place by 5 July 2025 and the winner will be notified via phone or email within five (5) business days of the draw.

Prize Conditions

The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

If the prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a product of equal or greater value.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value.

Only one entry per vehicle service is permitted.

This promotion is only open to individual retail customers. Fleet, government, and rental vehicles are excluded.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
