  • Q When do I need to take my Toyota for it's service?

It's important to follow your vehicle's Warranty and Service Book, and complete your services on time by either time or kilometres driven - whichever comes first.

  • Q How often do I need to service my Toyota?

This depends upon the vehicle and its operating conditions. It is recommended you consult your Warranty and Service Book to determine the correct servicing schedule. Vehicles operating under severe conditions will require more frequent servicing. Following the Toyota Maintenance Schedule will help ensure your vehicle remains in top condition. Your Toyota Dealer can assess your individual circumstances and advise you on the most appropriate maintenance schedule for your needs.

  • Q If I have my vehicle serviced by someone other than a Toyota dealer, will this void my warranty?

If any problem arise that can be directly attributed to the installation (work practices) or the use of a non-genuine part or faulty work practices by a non-authorised Toyota service technician, then you will need to contact the installer of that component for any warranty consideration that may be required. Failure or defect arising in any Toyota vehicle, Genuine Part or Accessory caused by fitment of a non-Toyota Genuine Part/Accessory or faulty work practices by a non-authorised Toyota service technician is not covered by this warranty.

  • Q Why Should I Book a Genuine Toyota Service?

Choosing a Genuine Toyota Service ensures your vehicle receives expert care from Toyota-trained technicians using Toyota Genuine Parts designed specifically for your model.

  • Q My car isn't a Toyota, can I still have it serviced with you?

Yes, of course! We service all makes and models.

  • Q What should I check regularly between services?

Check engine oil/coolant/brake/clutch/windscreen washer fluid levels.
Check tyre pressure including spare (when cold) and tread
At home, you should walk around your car checking all lights and indicators are operating.
Be on alert for changes in performance, sounds and visual tip-offs that indicate service or repairs may be needed.
