END OF FINANCIAL YEAR 2026 

1. The Promoter

The promoters of this offer are New Town Toyota, 10 Forward Street, East Victoria Park WA 6101 (ABN: 51 057 584 595), and Kalamunda Toyota, 43 Conning Road, Kalamunda WA 6076 (together referred to as “the Promoter”).

2. Offer Period

This offer is valid for new, pre-owned and demonstrator car purchases made between 1 May 2026 and 30 June 2026 inclusive. Purchases made outside of this period are not eligible.

3. Eligibility

To be eligible for this offer, the purchaser must:

•       Purchase an eligible new, pre-owned and demonstrator vehicles from New Town Toyota or Kalamunda Toyota during the offer period.

•       Pay the advertised price as listed on the New Town Toyota or Kalamunda Toyota website at the time of purchase.

•       No negotiated, discounted, or amended prices qualify.

•       Take delivery of the vehicle during the promotion period.

4. The Offer

Eligible purchasers will receive one (1) Ampol gift card to the value of $500 AUD. The gift card will be provided at the time of vehicle delivery. The gift card is subject to Ampol’s own terms and conditions of use, which are available at ampol.com.au.

5. Exclusions

This offer excludes:

•       Silver, Gold and Platinum Fleet, wholesale, or dealer purchases.

•       Vehicles purchased prior to 1 May 2026 regardless of delivery date.

•       Vehicles where the purchase price has been varied from the advertised online price for any reason.

6. Limit

One (1) gift card per vehicle purchase. This offer is not transferable and cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion unless otherwise stated by the Promoter in writing.

7. Gift Card Conditions

•       The gift card has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.

•       New Town Toyota and Kalamunda Toyota accept no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards once issued.

•       The gift card is valid for use at participating Ampol locations only, subject to Ampol’s terms and conditions.

8. Availability of Fuel

This offer is available while gift card stock lasts. New Town Toyota and Kalamunda Toyota reserve the right to substitute the gift card with an alternative of equal value in the event of supply issues.

9. General

•       New Town Toyota and Kalamunda Toyota reserve the right to withdraw, amend, or extend this offer at any time without notice.

•       The Promoter’s decision on all matters relating to this offer is final.

•       This offer is governed by the laws of Western Australia and applicable Australian Consumer Law.

This promotion is run by New Town Toyota, 10 Forward Street, East Victoria Park WA 6101 (the Promoter).

Eligibility The promotion is open to individuals who present their personal vehicle for a paid service at New Town Toyota during the promotional period. Fleet account holders and vehicles serviced under a fleet agreement are not eligible to enter. Employees of New Town Toyota are not eligible to enter.

Promotional period The promotion runs across three separate monthly draws: May 2026, June 2026, and July 2026. Each draw is independent. Entries do not carry over between months.

How to enter: To enter, present your personal vehicle for a paid service at New Town Toyota during the relevant calendar month. One entry is received per qualifying service. Multiple services completed in the same calendar month generate one entry each.

Prize One Visa gift card valued at $500 will be drawn each month. Three prizes are available in total across the promotional period. The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other offer. The prize must be collected in person from New Town Toyota, 10 Forward Street, East Victoria Park WA 6101.

Draw Each monthly draw will take place on the last business day of May, June, and July 2026 respectively at New Town Toyota, 10 Forward Street, East Victoria Park WA 6101. The draw will be conducted by New Town Toyota management and is random.

Winner notification: Winners will be notified by email using the address provided at time of service. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within 14 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited and a redraw will take place under the same conditions.

General: The Promoter's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility before awarding any prize. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Visa. By participating, entrants consent to these terms and conditions.
