Normally we would only use the word ‘isolation’ when we are trying to suss out the best isolated camping spots to take your trusty Toyota. As times are a little different, we are giving you some ideas on what you can do during isolation. See below our top picks:

Iso wine tour this weekend
Hidden detours (the guys behind the Perth walking tours) have moved to the virtual world. Each week they will live stream tours every Saturday afternoon featuring craft producers in Perth ranging from wine, gin, beer, cider and more! This Saturday they are starting off with wine in Bickley Valley.

We are all about comfort food in isolation so why not go all out and make a masterpiece .The Broadsheet have put a list together from quick 15-minute dishes with three ingredients to slow-cooked extravaganzas that take all day. Check out the recipes here.

Everyone is sharing their at home workouts all over social media so we wanted to put together a list of the top workouts you can do, for free!
Flow Space have recorded some online yoga practices on their facebook that you can watch here.
Chris Hemsworth's app Centr is offering six weeks of free membership.
Aussie brand Keep It Cleaner is offering a free virtual gym with workout classes at 7am on Wednesdays and Fridays.
Personal trainer Sam Wood is offering free live at-home workouts every morning at 9am on Facebook. They're saved on his page you can rewatch later if the timing isn't convenient for you. Tuesday's and Thursday's workouts are kid-friendly.
